What's the process to book The Bloom Room for our wedding flowers?
Please get in touch with us as soon as you've found us and decided you like our work. We'll check we have your date available and will arrange an appointment in person, over Zoom or by phone to have a chat about what flowers you'd like for your wedding. After that we'll work hard to get a mood board of floral inspiration and prices over to you as soon as we can. If your wedding is more than 18 months away we'll reserve the date for you and suggest that it's just a bit too early to get stuck in but love that you're organised.
Does the fact we are ordering flowers for a wedding just increase the price?
We NEVER inflate a price for flowers just because the word 'wedding' is used!! We pride ourselves on providing a fair and sensible price for the flowers you'd like and the time and expertise used in creating everything for you to ensure everything is absolutely perfect on your wedding day. Your wedding flowers will be in your photographs forever, we want you to always look at them and smile, and be just as in love with your flowers in 20 years time as you are with your partner!
We've got an unusual theme and we're scared to ask...
Oooh please do!!! We LOVE to embrace a theme, whether it's your love of music, gaming or embracing your gothic side we are here for it and we will happily do the research!!! Just take a look at images of weddings we've provided flowers for before to see how versatile we can be.
Our wedding is only a couple of weeks away have we left it too late?
Hopefully not! As we only take one wedding on a day we might already be fully booked but it's always worth asking as you never know. We like a bit of notice but if you've only just thought about your wedding flowers then it's worth a try!
We're an LGBTQ+ Couple, would you do our wedding?
We HATE that this is a question anyone would have to consider asking!! Love is love and we truly embrace that however it looks. No two couples are ever exactly the same, so we don't do packages where there needs to be a bouquet and a buttonhole for the happy couple- it's your wedding day, you should have the flowers that make you happy! Let us know your pronouns and how you'd like yourselves and your wedding party referred to if you don't feel like bride/groom fit and let's get cracking sorting your flowers!
Have you provided wedding flowers to our venue before?
While we haven't delivered flowers everywhere we have been to most venues local to us; some we're at regularly and some we're at pretty infrequently but we love that and we love getting to work somewhere new. If we haven't worked at your venue before we will happily contact your venue and introduce ourselves and arrange to go for a walk round with a wedding/venue manager well in advance of your wedding, and if we can arrange to meet you there too then we will!
